Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Department of Public Health has issued a directive and ordered a Shelter in Place, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until 11:59pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. As such, all weddings and events are postponed through April 30. Clients with previous reservations will have priority when we begin taking reservations again. This is subject to change and we will update this website as appropriate. Please contact your event coordinator if you would like to reschedule your event or request a refund. City Hall is available for full evening rentals on weekdays and weekends. The building remains open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, though areas can be privatized for special event use during those hours. Due to regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Supervisors, evening events are not possible on Tuesdays.
Standard access for evening rentals begins at 2:00 pm for the North Light Court and 4:00 pm for all other areas. Earlier access may be purchased for an additional rental fee when possible. All events must conclude by 12:00 midnight and load-out by 2:00 am.
