On this page you will find lists of vendors qualified to provide services for events and weddings in City Hall. Clients desiring to contract for services in the categories listed below are required to utilize the services of these vendors.

Each vendor is familiar with our Rules & Regulations and meets all necessary requirements to work in the building. You will need Acrobat Reader to view the lists.

VENDOR QUALIFICATION

It is the intent of the City Hall Events Office (CHEO) to annually update its Qualified Vendors List from which CHEO licensees may choose to provide services on an as-needed basis. If you are interested in being considered, we are currently accepting applications for our RFQ (see the following instructions and documents). All necessary documents need to be postmarked by July 24, 2020.
